Simple environment but rich in tradition, excellent welcome with courtesy, friendliness and attention. For lovers of tasting risottos made with care, love and unique and particular flavours, a true passion in proposing the tasting by the owner which has remained unique and unrivaled for decades. Without a shadow of a doubt my suggestion is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Last night we ordered a second risotto, the first tastasal, the second leek and speck... phenomenal... Perfectly cooked, super tasty, I think it was the best risotto I've ever eaten. This place has a history of 70 years, once you enter you have the feeling of going back in time. Super friendly and helpful staff, truly compliments. We will definitely be back.

Excellent risotto in Buttapietra. As soon as you enter it feels like you're taking a step back in time, in a good way of course. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. We came on a Saturday for lunch to try the risottos, we took the trio to try more and we were truly amazed by the quality of the workmanship. The flavors are varied, all expressly prepared and well executed.I then place emphasis on the infinite variety of grappas offered for tasting. Absolutely worth trying

Sublime risotteria, a perfect place where the welcome leaves the mark of the good taste of the restaurant. A welcoming and warm place like the flavor of the risottos they prepare espresso. If there was an extra star or two I would give it. The risottos are explosive and have flavors from the most delicate to the tastiest, we had 3 tastings but I couldn't resist I had to take the fourth. I think it's the perfect place, what when you go out you say, here I have to bring everyone I know. It stays in your palate, nose and mind. I can't tell you more than to pass. We had dinner at this restaurant at the suggestion of our host. Even though they were full, they managed to reserve a table for us. Very knowledgeable and kind dining room staff. Trio of risottos of your choice, very abundant, tasty and impeccable for cooking and creaming. Excellent quality/price ratio. If you love risotto, don't miss this place.

We went this evening and I initially noticed the order and cleanliness of the place, the location has remained so (in terms of furnishings) since the time of the first manager of the place and who bears his surname. Then kindness and friendliness on the part of the owner... and most importantly the risottos which are the food par excellence. The type of rice cooked is vialone nano, an excellent quality of rice, small in grain but still al dente. There are endless risottos, but note each one cooked with seasonal vegetables. They are creamy, full-bodied, delicate and tasty in the right way. Therefore every risotto has its season! It's difficult to judge the best one because they are all excellent. A specialty? Rice baked in foil wrapped in ham. Rated 10, absolutely worth trying! Better to book.
